Tree Donation Program
Looking for a unique and green gift for your loved ones? Give a living gift and plant a tree in a Seattle park through the Seattle Parks Foundation’s Tree Program. All gifts are tax-deductible, and will support our parks by ensuring the health of Seattle’s vibrant urban ecosystems and tree canopy.
Legacy Tree ($750+)
Adopt a Tree for $750, and watch it grow in your favorite park! Planting season begins in late fall and lasts through early spring, so donate now to have your tree planted this season. Donors are notified of planting, the type of tree, and its location within a park of your choice. Donors receive a keepsake tree tag, a commemorative tree card, and the great feeling of having directly improved Seattle’s urban ecosystem. Download the fact sheet >
Sponsor a Tree ($200)
For every donation of $200, a tree will be planted in a Seattle park and a commemorative card including a vine maple leaf ornament will be sent to you or a loved one notifying them of your gift of green.
Seattle Parks Foundation’s Adopt-a-Tree Program provides people an opportunity to adopt mature trees in a Seattle park. Adopting a tree can be a wonderful gift for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, an anniversary, or any other special occasion.
