Marshall Park & Betty Bowen Viewpoint
Location: 7th Ave. W and W Highland Dr.On top of Queen Anne hill, this viewpoint park offers expansive vistas of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. At the base of the plaza known as Betty Bowen Viewpoint are memorial art pieces by well known Northwest artists such as Morris Graves, Margaret Tompkins, Victor Steinbrueck, Guy Anderson, Kenneth Callahan and Charles Stokes.
Seattle Parks Foundation was fiscal sponsor to do landscape management and restoration of the concrete art installations at Marshall Park. Enjoy the view!
